Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product
    If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please send us clear photo or video evidence within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Incorrect Item Received
    If the item received is incorrect (wrong color, size, or style), contact us within 5 days with supporting images.
  3. Item Not Delivered
  • Orders not delivered within 60 days (international) or 45 days (USA) from the shipping date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund is only applicable if tracking shows no delivery or updates and the customer contacted support.


Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Minor variation in product color or design due to screen settings
  • Delays caused by customs, local holidays, or pandemics
  • Change of mind after order has been placed


Refund Process

  • If your return/refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • For returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

All requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.



Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
